What information do we collect?

We collect information when you start using the Platform, such as your Name, Gender & Age. Plateform asks user to select Profile Picture, but it’s not stored on our server. It stored on their mobile device only. We also collect information you share with us from third-party social network providers, and technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform.

For certain activities, such as when you register, upload content to the Platform, or contact us directly, you may provide some or all of the following information:

Age Limit

This app is for 18+ year users. Content Rating may be different for different countries.

Registration information like name, age, gender.

Information you share through surveys or your participation in challenges, sweepstakes, or contests such as your gender, age, likeness, and preferences.

Usage Information

·         We collect information regarding your use of the Platform and any other User Content that you generate through and broadcast on our Platform.

Call history

·         We do not collect phone call history from user’s device.

Location data

·         We collect information about your location, based on your IP address.

Messages

·         We do not process any of your messages, neither stores them.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfil and enforce our Terms of Service, to improve and administer the Platform, and to allow you to use its functionalities. We may also use your information to, among other things, show you suggestions, promote the Platform, and customize your ad experience.

Data Access and Removal

You can always control what information you choose to share with us on the Service. To do so, you can change your settings in the Service or in your mobile device. Alternatively, you can remove the Service from your mobile device entirely.

You can remove your data anytime you want. If you ask us to delete your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers.

Meow Video Call Community Convention

Live Talk is devoted to providing global users with a real-time platform for them to find and create diversified novel interactive contents through online live video. To maintain healthy and safe live video on Meow Video Call platform, a series of community conventions are established, aimed to ensure good user experience. We commit to keep healthy and safe Meow Video Call in all aspects; however, no 100% assurance exists given a lot of objective conditions. Any user’s breaches of following terms and rules may lead to suspension of our services and even permanent ban.

It should also be noted that, if applicable, we’ll have the right to tell on any suspected criminal act to local public security organ.

1)   No Violence and/or Self-mutilation

Security is of top priority with Meow Video Call. We frown on any act involving in forced threat and self-mutilation. If we’re aware of any risk of destruction or immediate threat against public security, we’ll delete such offensive contents and report them to enforcement agency. Also, threat against other is absolutely intolerant, or else the offender will be permanently banned from Meow Video Call services.

2)   No Nudity or Broad Words & Acts

Any user in front of the lens must keep attired. Any user making live video in bad dressing will be suspended or permanently banned from Meow Video Call services. Live user is prohibited showing up flesh that should be hidden by dress. Live Talk prohibits seducing nudity in the name of any person, any offender upon discovery will be provisionally or permanently banned from Meow Video Call services. Female live user must keep bosom moderately dressed, or else she will be provisionally or permanently banned from Live Talk services

The user is prohibited from: Vulgar, offensive or broad words before the lens or in live chat;

Showing his/her or other’s offensive or pornographic picture;

Sex or sexual behaviour, or showing sex doll or sexual dance;

3)   No Comments of Fraud, Harassment or Hatred

The user must respect other members of the community. It’s intolerant for Meow Video Call of ridicule, fraud, racism or harassment against other users in the community. We do regard free speech, but we do not permit personal abuse based on race, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other illness.

4)   No Use of Prohibited Goods

Live use of prohibited goods, doping items or smoking or drinking is forbidden.

5)   No Use by Minor

Meow Video Call is designed for the group of users more than 18 years old, minors under this age are banned from live access, and we’ll close live video services to minor users. Cover girl/boy is not allowed. Minor live object is not allowed.

6)   No Publication of Personal Contact Information

Unauthorized publication of other’s personal information is forbidden, including but not limited to email address, telephone number or residence. Also, you’re seriously reminded of protecting your personal information and preventing them from unintentional disclosure.

7)   No Deceiving Emergency Organ or Hotline with False Information

It’s absolutely intolerant for Meow Video Call of the user deceiving emergency organ or hotline with false information, and any user in connection with the said behaviour will be permanently banned from Meow Video Call services.

8)   No Inducing or Instigating Noncompliance

Any inducement of sexual behaviour or illegal behaviour of community member is forbidden. Also, any guiding or manipulating other members for producing pornographic picture or soliciting personal information is forbidden.

Moreover, we forbid illegal business activity, including but not limited to multilevel marketing.

We forbid instigation of noncompliance, regardless during chat or live broadcast.

9)   No Spam Transmission

Any action preventing normal and orderly chat of other users by repeated entry or in other way is forbidden. Likewise, publicity of pornographic, obscene or malicious website link is forbidden. Meow Video Call reserves the right to dispose of any account involving in the above behaviour.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that you’re Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

You’re Choices

Your mobile device may include a feature that allows you to opt out of some types of targeted advertising ("Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS and "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" on Android).

You can opt out of marketing or advertising emails by utilizing the “unsubscribe” link or mechanism noted in marketing or advertising emails.

If you have decided to use the platform, you may access, review, and update certain personal information that you have provided to us by using the platform and using available features and functionalities.

We use reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy and posting the new Privacy Policy and providing any other notice required by applicable law.
